Prioritizing Health and Wellness
We know that little ones (and grown-ups!) sometimes get sick. To keep everyone safe and healthy:
Stay Home When Unwell: If your child isn’t feeling well, we ask that you cancel the session. You won’t be penalized for the first cancellation due to illness.
Health-Conscious Rescheduling: Following that, we kindly ask that any future sick-day cancellations be communicated in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unexcused or repeated last-minute absences may not be eligible for rescheduling, as our therapists’ availability is limited.
Our Commitment to Flexibility
We understand life can get busy! Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
One Free Cancellation: Life happens! We offer one free cancellation, and we’ll work with you to reschedule the session.
Excused Cancellations: After the first cancellation, all future cancellations must be excused. Unfortunately, missed sessions will not be rescheduled, as our therapists' time is in high demand.
Currently, Rooted in Communication is not accepting insurance but will be offering insurance options in the future. For now, we are happily accepting private pay patients.
At Rooted in Communication, we accept Cash, Checks, All Major Credit Cards, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). For families who wish to seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider, a Superbill outlining the services rendered will be provided.
Please note that we cannot guarantee reimbursement and recommend reviewing your individual insurance plan with your provider to confirm coverage.
Payment is due at the time of service. Regardless of the payment method, a credit or debit card will be required to be kept on file.
